It's official!

"Mahindra's relationship with Global Vehicles Inc (GV) has ended, the agreement dated 26th September 2006 between Mahindra and GV having terminated.

Bye Bye GV

There was a contract between two companies, GV and M&M. GV sues M&M for not upholding their part of the bargain, M&M up and says "the deal is off". I'm not reading that as over officially, since it is coming from just one of the parties. I'd guess there's more news coming.

GV is claiming that Mahindra's announcement that they have terminated their relationship with GV is not valid. Apparently, this is something Mahindra decided to do on their own, but GV cannot/will not legally recognize it as a contract termination.

Ya know, when the folks with the real money say you're done, you're done.
GV, you assholes only worked at slamming dealers, not perspective customers.
Next time you'll better, or probably not.

So how will we buy one of these trucks in December? Are dealers tied to GV or will M&M deal directly with the dealers? I would have expected to see more information out by now. Dec is 4 months away 'if' they intend to meet their latest timeline.

I saw pictures of one of their vechicles with lights and roll bars, etc. will these features be options?
